Cuddled by the Herculean Himalayas on the highest plateau
of the world, has volumes to echo regarding its miraculous possessions.
Located with pride at an average altitude of 16,500 ft, Lhasa the capital
city surpasses all its neighbours from its beauty point of view.
During the decades Geographers and Naturalists were shamefully defeated
and perplexed to find a solution for its access. However, today mankind's
enthusiasm and curiosity has flung open the "Mighty Doors" to
experience the lifestyle, culture and landscape of this "Virgin Land."
Despite the many diversities that has arisen from Geographical and Social
aspects, it has a unique unity that outwits the diversities and binds it
together to give the name "Tibet."
We welcome you with a warm "Tashi Delek" and hope that you will
find our itineraries best to your requirements. If not, please let us know
and we will provide you with what you are looking for in Tibet.
Overland Tour
Traveling overland between Nepal and Tibet is an incredible journey in which
you will be visiting
the world's highest plateau. This is a wonderful and amazing trip. However,
if you are not up for a bit of adventure, or for accommodation and amenities
that may be far from perfect, perhaps this trip is not for you. The infrastructure
of the tourist industry is still very basic in this remote region. Despite
all our well preparation, please do not expect the standard you are accustomed
to. Although we try our best to see that our tour runs smoothly, we have
to let you know that we have to rely heavily on our Tibetan Counterpart
Agent for delivering the services who again has to depend and comply with
the strict travel rules and regulations of the Chinese Government.
